Calibration services built for regulated environments.
In a life sciences environment, calibration is not a maintenance activity. It is a compliance obligation. Every instrument that influences product quality, safety, or data integrity requires a calibration record that is accurate, traceable, and defensible under regulatory scrutiny. When that record is missing or incomplete, the problem does not stay in the calibration program. It travels upstream into your data and your decisions.
What we do
Krieger provides calibration services for a wide range of laboratory, process, production, facility, and utility equipment and instruments, including facility monitoring systems and specialized scientific tools. We perform on-site calibrations to minimize operational disruption and off-site calibrations in controlled lab settings for instruments requiring it. We manage calibration programs through our Computerized Calibration Management System, which maintains master instrument records, test points, tolerances, intervals, and due dates. We can also work within your existing CxMS if preferred. All calibration certificates are audit-ready and documented to ISO and GMP standards. Routine performance verification, tuning, and functional testing are included where appropriate to extend equipment life and catch issues before they become failures.
Why it matters
Calibration gaps are among the most common and most preventable FDA inspection findings. An out-of-tolerance instrument that went undetected can call months of data into question and trigger investigations that cost far more than a properly run calibration program ever would. Beyond regulatory risk, poor calibration visibility creates scheduling gaps and missed intervals that compound over time. A well-managed program does not just protect your compliance record. It protects the integrity of every decision made with the instruments it covers.
How we engage
Krieger can build and manage your calibration program from the ground up, assess and close gaps in an existing program, or provide staff augmentation when your team has short or long-term calibration needs. Pick-up and delivery options are available in most areas for off-site work. Emergency and priority calibration response is also available for critical equipment situations.
